I can not say enough positives about our experience working with Peter as our realtor. We already knew him for many years as our neighbor and knew that if we ever wanted to sell our house we would go to him. After a preliminary conversation about pricing and what we would need to do to the house to make it market ready, he called several days later to tell us he had an interested buyer. It all moved ahead from there and exactly 4 months later we closed on the house. Peter provided information and guidance throughout the process and lost of humor when things seemed overwhelming. We accomplished what can take many months and up to several years to do in those 4 short months and ended with a successful sale. None of it would have happened without Peter’s involvement- his contacts, knowledge and overall expertise made the experience a win!
