Pete went above and beyond to help me sell my Mother’s home after she had to move to Assisted Living. I live out of state and he basically handled every aspect of the sale to get us the best outcome. He was realistic about what we were dealing with and went out of his way to remedy any problems that might have come up. He always got back to me very quickly to answer any questions or concerns that I may have had and he always acted in our best interest. He is very personable, upbeat and a true negotiator. He has vast knowledge of the local area. I would not hesitate to refer him to someone who needed a real estate agent.
