We were relocating to South Carolina from New Jersey and had a time frame. Peter worked with us on every detail. From the beautiful photos he had done of the home to recommended ways to better sell the home. He knew the area very well and how to market the home. Very professional, caring and kept us informed on every showing and always provided us with feedback. I would highly recommend Peter for the sale or purchase of your home.

Pete was excellent! The listing was extremely comprehensive and Pete spent a lot of time showing the house and being there when I (the seller) could not be present. Communications were frequent and meaningful. Pete has a large list of contacts when work is needed to be done. I would highly recommend him to sell your house as I couldn’t have been more pleased with the results.

Pete did a great job marketing our house. His attention to detail, the beautiful pics of the house, always being there to actually market our house at showings (not leaving it to a random realtor who didn’t know our house), immediate feedback after all showings – this was what made our experience with Pete the best.
