Pete helped us to sell our Town House and Condominium several years ago. In his professional way, he found buyers for both of these residences. He presented each one in a positive light with outstanding enthusiasm, description and eventually they both sold to appropriate buyers.
In 2012, we needed to sell our house in Bedminster in order to move to North Carolina. Pete found the resources for us to have a house sale, and to help us sort out the contents & belongings for a major down-sizing move. We moved to NC before the house was sold, and we left the business end of the sale in Pete’s capable hands. He found the buyers, and closed the deal 2 or 3 months after we moved. In the existing market, this was an enviable task, and all went smoothly. We are happy to say that the new owners are very pleased with the house.
