Pete is the best! He recently sold our home on Brook Hollow in Gladstone. His help and attention to detail was amazing. We actually live in Florida now and were not there to handle maintenance issues and some repairs to be made after the inspection. He has a vast wealth of knowledge about Gladstone and who to go to to get the job done! He also coordinated workers who needed to get into the house to make a few repairs. He is outstanding! He is very responsive to phone calls and emails. Pete was also our realtor when we bought the house 15 years ago and helped us rent it our 5 years ago when we moved to Florida. I honestly don’t think there is another realtor who would have done for us what Pete has! Highly recommend Peter Engelmann!
