He has encyclopedic knowledge of not just of residential real estate in Peapack-Gladstone and surrounding towns including Bernardsville, Far Hills, Bedminster and Basking Ridge, but also of school systems, local governments, bankers, lawyers, contractors, and tradesmen, etc. In short, everything and everyone you need to know to buy or sell a home in the area. Pete was extremely helpful to me to get my house ready to market. He then did a fabulous job preparing marketing and promotional materials, pricing the house and negotiating and securing the sale at a good price, all in a very short period of time.
